Big River Farms devised their own system for washing veggies.  The tub is easy to use at chest height, water is readily accessible for filling right above the tub, and it can be tipped to allow the water to empty into a crevasse outside. This is key to keeping the water fresh and getting the veggies clean.

After years of photo documentary coverage, Laurie has compiled thousands of images of sustainable farmers at work. This year as part of the  Artist Initiative,  a traveling show of thirty photographic image panels is available for exhibit.  These photographs were made to document sustainable farmers at work with the intent to raise awareness about sustainable farming, for educational purposes, and artistic expression. This traveling show can be used in its entirety or parts depending on the space. Contact laurie@lschneider.com
